Stephanie Crawford, MS, LPC
Stephanie is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has over 26 years of experience in the behavioral health field. She graduated from Mississippi State University in 1999 and moved to Arizona in early 2000. She started her career as a clinician working with children and families. She is passionate about helping others and inspires to grow personally and professionally. Stephanie was appointed CEO of Community health Associates in May 2020.
When not working, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, keeping active, traveling and scuba diving.
Chief Financial Officer
Tracy Pence, CPA
Tracy oversees the financial operations, billing and claims department, advises on corporate strategy, new lines of business and business and financial decisions.
Prior to joining CHA and integrated behavioral health in 2015, she worked as a CPA in the public accounting industry. Tracy’s career spans more than two decades of experience building, leading, and advising corporations through complex growth, national expansion, and tax and accounting transactions. She is an excellent leader with a track record of documented contributions leading to improved financial performance, heightened productivity, and enhanced internal controls. She is a respected and results-oriented finance executive whose mission is to review highly refined data to contribute to the operational and financial success of the organization.
Tracy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Northern Arizona University and a Certified Public Accountant license with the State of Arizona Board of Accountancy.
Chief Clinical Officer
Matt Lenetz, MC, LISAC, LPC
Matt joined our team in August of 2015 & now serves as the Chief Clinical Officer of Community Health Associates. He received his Masters in Counseling from the University of Phoenix in 2004 and his Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Arizona in 1997. He has worked in the behavioral health field since 1997 and his areas of specialization include treatment for violent offenders, substance abuse treatment, and re-entry programming for incarcerated individuals returning to the community.
Matt has served as Co-Chair of the Arizona Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors and was honored by AzAADAC as the Counselor of the Year in 2006.

Dr. Bonnie Mitchell, DBH, LPC, NCC
Dr. Mitchell joined our team in January 2020, she brings to CHA a unique combination of diverse behavioral health treatments as an Arizona Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor and a strong passion for business. Dr. Mitchell has over 25 years of experience in various leadership positions, partnership development, operations, strategic assess management, and over 5 years working with mental health and substance use disorders.
Dr. Mitchell holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2010 from the University of Phoenix, in 2014 a Masters in Clinical Counseling Mental Health from the University of Phoenix, and in 2018 a Doctorate in Behavioral Health Management from Arizona State University
